Welcome James, our new Sales Admin!

With the ever-growing expansion of the company, the time quickly came to expand the team.

BIL are pleased to announce that we have recently welcomed James to the team, as our new Sales Admin.

We asked James a few questions about his first few weeks in the role and these answers indicate why we believe James fits in perfectly with our company ethos.

How are you settling in at BIL?

Very well, everyone is happy to help and nice to work with.

Why have you chosen a career in sales?

 I like helping people and take pride in finding solutions to the problems that companies face.

What do you like about working at BIL Group so far?

The people are ace, and the company has an array of different departments working cohesively allowing me to learn new skills and deploy my previous skills.

What is your motivation?

My motivation stems from wanting to consistently learn new skills while also assisting companies to achieve their desired goals.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, riding my bike, and eating good food.

James is settling in with the company perfectly and we are very pleased to have him aboard.
