Our Pneumatic Castor Range – Video

This is our Pneumatic castor series. Pneumatic castors are designed mainly for Sports equipment, flat bed trucks, fruit picking trolleys, garden centres and outdoor equipment.

Our range of pneumatic castor are constructed in house using our tyre inflation compressor and are inflated to recommended PSI ratings with full quality checks being carried out before despatch.

Pneumatic castor brackets are manufactured from both pressed and fabricated zinc steel.  Both options come with a double ball race fitting within the head of the swivel and swivel braked options to ease manoeuvrability under load, with the added option of a fixed castor available

As standard, we offer the choice of two tyre tread patterns, ribbed and diamond with the option of either a plastic or steel centre hubs.

Wheel types are available in 200mm, 220mm, 260mm, 300mm and 400mm diameter with load ratings varying from 75kg to 300kg. The wheels are also fitted with either plain, needle roller or sealed ball bearings dependant on application or requirement.
