Welcome Libby, our new sales admin!

September 17th, 2024

With the ever-growing expansion of the company, the time quickly came to expand the team.

BIL are pleased to announce that we have recently welcomed Libby to the team, as our new Sales Admin.

We asked Libby a few questions about her first few weeks in the role and these answers indicate why we believe Libby fits in perfectly with our company ethos.

How are you settling in at BIL?

I am settling in very well and enjoying getting to know my colleagues and the work environment. Everybody has been super welcoming and supportive, which has made the transition smooth. There is so much to learn which is very exciting.

Why have you chosen a career in sales?

I find the sales world to be dynamic and challenging – and if you know me, I like a challenge! I enjoy the opportunity to use the skills I have to help businesses improve their financial performance and continue to grow.

What do you like about working at BIL Group so far?

I really like the collaborative culture at BIL Group. I have found that there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development, and I feel thoroughly supported in my role. Additionally, everybody is super patient and understanding which makes settling into a new job less stressful.

What is your motivation?

My motivation stems from a desire to continuously learn and grow both personally and professionally. I am driven by the opportunity to make a positive impact through my work and to contribute to the success of the business. I am motivated by the different challenges I face and finding innovative solutions. Ultimately, I strive to achieve my goals and make a meaningful difference in the work that I do.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I play football at a semi-professional level. Football is a big part of my life so I like to make sure I’m keeping fit outside of training/match days. I also enjoy spending time with my family/friends where I can.

Libby is settling in with the company perfectly and we are very pleased to have her aboard.
