Our range of institutional light duty castors are assembled in house with full quality checks being carried out before despatch.

These light duty castors are manufactured from pressed zinc plated steel with a choice of top plate or single bolt castor option.

These light duty castors come with a double ball race fitting within the head of the swivel and swivel braked options to ease manoeuvrability under load, with the added option of a fixed castor available.

 As standard, we offer the choice of eleven different wheel options within this light duty range. Black Polypropylene, White  Polypropylene, Nylon, 82 Shore A grey rubber on Polypropylene, 82 Shore A Electrically conductive grey rubber on Polypropylene, 87 Shore A grey rubber on Polypropylene, 85 Shore A Black rubber on Polypropylene, 85 Shore A Grey rubber on Polypropylene, 85 Shore A Black rubber on steel, 65 Shore A Grey rubber on Polypropylene, 65 Shore A Blue rubber on nylon.

Wheel types are available in 50, 75, 100, 125, 150mm diameter with load ratings varying from 30 to 125kg.

The wheels offered come either as a plain bore or the option of being fitted with a roller or ball journal bearing dependant on your application or requirement.
