Our High Temperature Zinc Plated Castor Range – Video

This is our high temperature zinc plated castor series. High temperature castors are mainly designed for Bakeries, powder coating, autoclaves and paint ovens as well as many more.

Our range of high temperature castor are assembled in house with full quality checks being carried out before despatch.

High temperature castor brackets are manufactured from pressed zinc steel with a choice of a top plate or single bolt hole option.  These high temperature castors come with a double ball race fitting within the head of the swivel and swivel braked options to ease manoeuvrability under load, with the added option of a fixed castor available

As standard, we offer the choice of eight hight temperature wheels, Glass filled Nylon, Black Ditherm, Red Ditherm, Black Thermoplastic, Orange Expoxy Resin, Black Phenolic, Brown Phenolic, Composite Nylon.

Wheel types are available in 80, 100, 125, 150 and 200mm diameter with load ratings varying from 150 to 700kg and temperature ratings of Minus 40 up to plus 400 degrees C.

The wheels offered come either as a plain bore or the option of being fitted with a PTFE bearing or high temperature ball bearing dependant on your application or requirement.
