This is our Puncture proof castor series. Puncture proof castors are designed mainly for Sports equipment, flat bed trucks, fruit picking trolleys, garden centres and outdoor equipment.

Our range of puncture proof castors offer no risks of punctures but do have a lower load rating than our pneumatic castors.  Puncture proof castor are constructed in house using our tyre press machinery with full quality checks being carried out before despatch.

Puncture proof castor brackets are manufactured from both pressed and fabricated zinc steel.  Both options come with a double ball race fitting within the head of the swivel and swivel braked options to ease manoeuvrability under load, with the added option of a fixed castor available.

As standard, we offer the choice of two tyre tread patterns, ribbed and diamond with the option of either a plastic or steel centre hubs.

Wheel types are available in 200mm, 260mm, 300mm and 400mm diameter with load ratings varying from 75kg to 150kg. The wheels are also fitted with either plain, needle roller or sealed ball bearings dependant on application or requirement.
